Ashot Anastasian (16 July 1964) is an Armenian Grandmaster of chess (1993).He played for Armenia in the Chess Olympiads of 1992 (team bronze medal), 1994, 1996, 1998, 2000 and 2002 (team bronze medal) and in the World Men's Team Championships of 1993, 1997 (team bronze medal), 2001 (team bronze medal), and 2005 (team bronze medal). Participated in the FIDE World Chess Championships of 2002 and 2004. Anastasian won the Armenian Chess Championship in 1983, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1992, 1994, and 2005.
